Paul Whitton BSc (Eng.) graduated in Aeronautical Engineering from London University. He worked in the aerospace industry in the UK and in Germany, before moving back to work in international rights for an Oxford publishing company. He has cooperated with many publishers throughout the world and has been travelling extensively in Europe for over 30 years.

Hana Whitton, PhD, read Czech-English at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, Prague. She worked for many years in publishing as an editor and translator before helping to set up one of the first private publishing houses in Czechoslovakia after 1989. Hana is also a successful author of historical fiction, and runs an international literary agency as well as translating.
